The Registration Form
Registration Fee
A $75.00 deposit is needed to reserve spots. The deposits are
non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note registration
prices are the same for
teens and adults.
Registration before December 31, 2010: $305.00
Registration before February 28, 2011: $320.00
Registration after February 28, 2011: $335.00
'NEXT LEVEL' CAMPS
Registration before December 31: $310.00
Registration before February 28: $325.00
Registration after February 28: $340.00
JAMAICA
Registration fee: $780.00 (airfare not included).
The $75 deposit is non-refundable, if you find a replacement
your deposit can be transferred to someone else from your group.
If you have to cancel 30 days before the trip you will be
responsible for one half of the registration fee.
By time we are 30 days away from the trip there are costs that
have already been incurred on your behalf.
To guarantee these prices, your deposit and registration must be
postmarked no later than the dates listed above. Your
registration fee includes all meals, lodging, programs, Workcamp
staff, camp t-shirts, supplies, construction materials, general
liability insurance, and administration expenses. The cost for
the free day is not included in the camp costs.
Contrary to years past, CHWC no longer can offer "roll over of
camp registration fees." Camper registration fees are
determined by the date postmarked on your envelope. For
example, if we receive deposits for 10 campers on 11/15, their
registration fee will be $300.00. If we receive deposits
for five additional campers on 1/15, their registration fee for
camp will increase to $315.00
Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot
guarantee any spots without a $75.00 deposit. Registration for
each week will continue until that week is full. When Workcamps
fill up you can request to be placed on a waiting list (average
capacity at most camps is 350). When space is made available
because of cancellations, people on the waiting list will be
contacted.
Payments are made as follows:

Initial deposit - $75 per person (non-refundable, non

50% of balance is due by March 31

Please only reserve spaces you can fill.

We will send you a letter of confirmation once we receive
your deposits.

Camps do fill up so reservations are on a first-come, first
served basis. We cannot guarantee or hold reservations over
the phone.

CHWC requires 1 adult (21 or older) for
every 5 youth. If you register male and female campers you
will need at least 1 male and 1 female adult leader.

$75.00 holds each person's space (adults and youth). Sorry,
this deposit is non-refundable or non-transferable to
another member’s registration at any time. However you can
substitute the cancellation with a new participant.

REGISTRATION REFUNDS (MINUS THE $75.00 DEPOSIT) ARE
AVAILABLE IF YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST
DAY OF YOUR ASSIGNED WORKCAMP.

that forces Catholic HEART Workcamp to cancel a camp
such as a natural disaster, our policy is as follows...

You may receive a refund of half your total registration
fee minus the $75 deposit or....

You may apply your total registration fee (minus your
deposits) towards your registration for the following
summer
