I understand the importance of following through and keeping this commitment to my job, team and CHWC. Due to the dynamics of summer staff and the process involved in the building of each team, I am aware that my acceptance of this position plays an important role in the big picture of the ministry

I understand that by not following through after I accept this position, I leave CHWC in a difficult place as the teams were carefully put together as a puzzle

If you are not 100% sure at this moment, because of doubt, change of plans, or waiting to hear from another position, please take more time before accepting!
