WORKSITE INFORMATION

Much of our work this year came through the area St. Vincent DePaul

Society,  two area church pastoral ministry offices and the Westmore area agency on aging.

We have one Boys and Girls Club and a few experiences with childcare and senior care within other opportunities.  For example: a shelter in Greensburg has the campers work one day with the children in the home, reading to them, doing a craft with them etc.  This year we worked with the YMCA for the first time but they had us doing maintenance work.

We also did work with 2 food banks, a soup kitchen where the team did maintenance work and a kids carnival one day. We are also connected with the men's shelter in Latrobe and a personal care nursing home in N. Huntingdon. We have done work with the area Animal Shelter and the Red Cross.
